David Trossell, CEO and CTO of Bridgeworks has over 40 years of developing data-driven technologies in the IT industry. His award-winning career and aptitude for engineering has catapulted his profile as an industry thought leader and authoritative voice with over 150 articles published to date. He continues to support development within the IT community and has recently been recognised for creating and implementing a STEM apprenticeship scheme in partnerships with Bournemouth and Poole College in the UK. His passion for encouraging young people, and particularly women, to take up careers in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry, particularly in software engineering, is proven. Young people studying at universities in the UK can work with him and his international team to gain invaluable work experience and lasting knowledge.
